Over the years, New Orleans has crept up on seemingly every travel guide as a ‘must-go’ destination, and for good reason. It’s riddled with culture from authentically delicious Creole cuisine to French architecture, making it an enviable getaway for even the world’s most discerning travelers.
While the city has become synonymous for its bustling jazz scene and annual festivals like Mardi Gras, it has also birthed some of the most disruptive and up-and-coming lifestyle brands. Namely our latest obsession, Krewe. As an avid fan who owns more than one pair of their gorgeous Press Matte Oyster frames, and is desperate to check out their new Sun_Days members-only club, I simply had to get in touch and uncover the city through their lens.
Based in NOLA, the purposefully designed eyewear brand uses their home as their source of inspiration. Every time you throw on a pair of their trendy custom-made shades, it somehow feels like you have a little bit of New Orleans with you. So, who better to show us the city’s most coveted aesthetics than the brand who is quite literally framing people’s perspective? No one.
It’s your lucky day, because we were able to snatch a moment of the Krewe crew’s time to get you coveted insight into New Orleans. But enough of the pleasantries, we know what you’re here for…
